AutoGuard S.A. was founded in year 2000 and since then has been offering telematic services that use GPS satelite location system and and wireless technologies of data transmission. AutoGuard products are destined as well for transport companies as for private clients. During last eight years of dynamic develompent AutoGuard has become an uncontested leader on a vehicle protection and fleet management market. The firm’s success is based on continuous develompent of new systems and technologies and close cooperation with scientific and research institutes.

\AutoGuard S.A. joined the Polish Association of Stock Exchange Issuers and obtained the status of supporting member.
