The Company’s basic products are active protection and transport means management appliances installed in vehicles. GPS receivers and GSM network enable constant monitoring of vehicles that are equipped with AutoGuard devices. All data coming from vehicles that are included in the AutoGuard protection system are transmitted to the AutoGuard Monitoring Center. The Center by means of the data processing platform constantly observes vehicles coordinates in order to prevent any theft attempts. AutoGuard operates mainly on the polish market but it also exports its products to Baltic states: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

AutoGuard S.A. acts also as an multiagency offering communication insurances and handling of communication dammages. In this field the Company cooperates with the biggest insurance companies. Apart from main activities AutoGuard S.A. sells and services trailers and camping cars as well as accessories for camping vehicles of all kind.

The excellent financial results that AutoGuard has lately achieved are reflecting the dynamic development of the Company. In year 2006 the net sales revenue amounted to PLN 24,7 milion, in year 2007 the net sales revenue increased to PLN 33,1 milion. The net profit accordingly amounted to PLN 4 milion and 8 milion.

The main AutoGuard strategy objective is to strengthen the leader position on the polish market of services based on localization technologies and to gain basis for expansion on the foreign markets. To achieve these aims the Company plans to realize ambitious investment programme including modernization of present infrastructure and introduction of new products and services. AutoGuard seeks to finance the adopted strategy with own financial resources and issue of shares.

The experienced specialists of the telematic branch lead the Company. They are also the Company’s shareholders. Mr Robert Rozesłaniec is President of the Management Board. Mr Romuald Chałas and Mr Tomasz Kałwa are Vice-presidents. The major shareholder is Sobiesław Zasada S.A. holding 58% of shares. Mr Robert Rozesłaniec and Mr Romuald Chałas have 12 % of shares each one of them.

The Company employs more than 100 persons. More than 30 electronics and informatics engineers of various specializations work in the Research&Development Department.

In recognition of its performance the Company received 2004 the quality certificate – ISO 9001.
