The major AutoGuard shareholder is Sobiesław Zasada S.A. holding 6 milion 125 thousand Company shares, which constitutes 57,84% of stock capital and entitles to 57,84% of votes during the General Meeting of Shareholders. Robert Rozesłaniec – President of the Management Board and Romuald Chałas – Vice-president of the Management Board have 1 milion 273 thousand 200 shares each one of them, having each 12,02% of shares. Other shareholders hold together 1 milion 918 thousand 600 shares, which constitutes 18,12 % of stock capital.
