Robert Rozesłaniec – President of the Management Board

He is graduate of the Electronics and Information Technics faculty at the Warsaw University of Technology. He begun his professional career 12 years ago in a private polish company Zasada S.A. as a specialist. He was promoted in a short period of time to obtain the position of the Office Manager then Department Manager. From 1999 to 2000 he was Department Director. For eight years he has been President of the AutoGuard S.A. Management Board. Since 2004 he has been member of the Supervisory Board of the Promotion and Technical Innovations Foundation and AutoGuard S.A. shareholder.

Romuald Chałas – Vice-president of the Management Board

He graduated from the Kielce University of Technology, faculty of Machine Technology. He gained his first professional experience in motor industry as an Inspector in Polish Motor Company „Polmozbyt”. Since 1991 he has worked in a private company Zasada S.A. From 8 years he has been Vice President of the AutoGuard S.A. Management Board. From 2002 to 2004 he was member of the EURO Ekspert Sp. z o.o. Supervisory Board. He was one of the best Polish rally drivers and from a few years he has been sports activist. Since 2004 he has been President of the Polish Automobile Club.

Tomasz Kałwa – Vice-president of the Management Board

In 1984 he graduated with the Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics (now Warsaw School of Economics), faculty of Domestic Trade, Economics and Transport Organization. He begun his professional career as a commercial assistant 23 years ago in the LOT Polish Airlines. Since then he has been member of various executive and supervisory boards. At present he is President of Silesia S.A., Chairman of InwestStar S.A. Supervisory Board and member of frisco.pl Sp. z o.o. Supervisory Board.
