According to Article 11, clause 1 of the Electronic System of Data Transmission Statute (ESPI) the AutoGuard S.A. Management Board informs hereby, that AutoGuard S.A. acceded to the ESPI System and intends to begin conveying currrent and periodic information through ESPI System on the day of lodging an application for admission of securities to stock exchange turnover.
